I love visiting local coffee shops and Casa Blanca did not disappoint! They have lots of relaxed seating areas both indoors and outdoors. They have this great room with a long table, open ceiling and plants that is perfect for studying or meeting up with friends. The coffee is rich and delicious and the lemon blueberry scone was amazing!!
When you step foot in Casa Blanca you feel at home. The baristas take the time to actually engage with you, especially if you get there early or it’s not busy. They have a space for every type of person. They have comfy chairs, couches, bar seating, tables, booths, and a separate room with an extra long table for bigger groups. Oh and the outside seating is peaceful and inviting. I have been coming here pretty steady for a while now and feel confident in saying that it’s by FAR the best overall coffee shop around. If you are in the area I highly recommend checking them out!
Incredible service, even on a holiday when it wad busy! And the coffee and food both were amazing. Cool building with a nice cozy and clean vibe. I got a sugar free vanilla oatmilk latte, and the grit bowl with an egg added, and both were delicious! If you are sensitive to spice, I would ask for the cholula on the side for the grit bowl. Definitely coming back the next time I'm in wilmington
When you find a place that delivers on the big and little things, there is a confidence in the vision, quality and consistency every time you visit. Casa Blanca is such a place. My espresso was easily in the top ten for NC, subtle and complex in taste and feel. The only knock may be that such a gem is not unknown and you may need to join the crowd who have heard about this star in the coffee community of Wilmington.

Charming place for coffee and light snacks. They even have half gallons of pre-mixed coffee to go great if you’re hosting family or friends and you want to have something delicious to pour over ice in the summertime or pop into the microwave in the winter
Outstanding hospitality! I am in town just this weekend, and I decided to stop by Casa Blanca for a coffee. They offer plenty of outdoor seating—perfect for me because I have two cats (on a harness and leash). We weren’t able to sit outside upon arriving (there was a dog); however, we were able to find a spot inside. I am thrilled the employees permitted this. In fact, they gave my cats water and introduced themselves to them. Unfortunately, my kitties were a notch uneasy given they don’t interact with people, but I do appreciate everyone was welcoming and friendly! We were eventually able to sit outside where my cats were most comfortable. Anyway, the iced coffee I received and the sweetened caramel latte my daughter ordered were fantastic and refreshing! The blueberry scone and blueberry muffin were also perfectly baked, soft, and delicious! The environment itself was cordial: students working on their laptops whilst others were apparently on a coffee date. I’m glad I stopped by, and I recommend you (reading this) do the same!
